Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged, defective, or broken
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
• Items without original packaging or tags
• Products purchased during clearance or final-sale events
• Digital products or downloadable content

3. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

• Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product
• Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours
• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to self-ship the item

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet).
• COD orders will be refunded to your bank account. Please provide bank details when contacting us.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged or wrong items. Size/variant exchanges are subject to availability. Contact our support team to check.

6. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. You may initiate a return after delivery.
• To cancel, email us immediately at support@zestifyy.online with your Order ID.
