This Subscription Policy outlines the terms applicable to any subscription-based products, services, or newsletters offered by Zestify.

1. Email & SMS Subscriptions

  • By providing your email address or phone number on our website, you may be subscribed to receive marketing communications, offers, and updates from Zestify.
  • You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or replying STOP to any SMS.
  • We will process unsubscribe requests within 48–72 hours.

2. Product Subscriptions (Auto-Delivery)

If and when Zestify offers a product subscription (auto-delivery) service, the following terms will apply:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, etc.) as selected at checkout.
  • You will be notified via email before each billing cycle.
  • Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
  • Refunds for already-processed subscription orders will be handled as per our Refund Policy.

3. Pricing & Changes

  • Subscription pricing is displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice via email.
  • Price changes will not apply retroactively to active subscription cycles.

4. Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 2 times. If payment continues to fail, the subscription will be paused and you will be notified to update your payment method.
