We at Zestify are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
2. Delivery Timeframe

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, or courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499 may be charged a nominal shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 depending on location.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50.
4. Shipping Partners
We ship through trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, and DTDC. The courier partner assigned to your order may vary based on your location and availability.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can use this link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
6. Failed Delivery & Re-delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times.
- After 2 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
